How it works
Therapy Tip Thursday
- Paste the clinic’s text into the box. Use their text as they sent it.
- Click “Read the text”. The Studio puts their words into the fields. If it cannot find a part, it tells you.
- Check each field. Choose an icon for each item, or upload a picture (PNG, JPG or SVG, 2 MB or less).
- If you change a word, write a one-line reason. A person checks each change.
- Read the captions. Change the warm first line if you want.
- Click “Make it”. The builder makes the image and checks it.
The checks
- HOLD: the post stops. Fix each item, then click “Make it” again. A post with a HOLD has no download.
- For a person to check: read each item. The checklist asks you to confirm it.
- The visual check: when every automatic check passes, compare the image with the reference image. Tick each item on the checklist.
- Approve: click “Approve”. The Studio records your name and the time. Then you can download the files.
Carousel
- Fill in the 6 slides: the cover, three tips, two tips on one slide, and the close.
- Keep each headline short: 2 to 6 words. Keep each text to 1 or 2 short sentences.
- Click “Write the captions from the slides”. Then read the captions.
- Click “Make it”. Fix each HOLD. Then look at every slide and tick the checklist.
- To make a reel (about 18 seconds, with the clinic’s music), click “Make a reel” before you approve.
After you download
- Post it on Instagram and Facebook yourself. The Studio never posts.
- Then open the Library and click “Mark as posted”.
- To make a new post from an old one, click “Make a copy”.
Rules
- Never use a photo of a real child.
- Do not write a child’s name or a family’s details anywhere in the Studio.
- Do not write that a post, a tip or a session treats, fixes, cures or diagnoses.
- Talk about children in general. Do not write “Is your child behind?” or a similar line.
- A clinician reads each clinical tip before you post it.
